A recent Harvard School of Public Health study found that people who are optimistic in nature and with positive psychological well-being, which also includes self-acceptance and optimist relations with others, are more likely to improve their heart health. However, the positive people who have an optimistic attitude was the largest predictor of all: People who are more likely to look on the bright side have less heart problems than a pessimist, such as cardiovascular disease. And also, they have their cholesterol level in balance: In another survey conducted on nearly 1,000 middle-aged men and women, those individuals who have higher levels of optimism had lower levels of triglycerides or less fat in the blood.
Optimistic People Are More Golden Ager

There is an analysis of health and hope conducted on nearly 100,000 women by the researchers at the University of Pittsburgh discovered that in the period of eight years, optimistic people are less likely to die from all kinds of diseases other than cynics.

A study from Duke University followed a group of MBA graduates as they entered the workforce: Those who are optimist believed good things will come to them eventually will have better opportunities even if they have less enriched resume. The same Duke University study found that optimists will have more reasons to be happy on the job: They are more likely to find jobs with high stipend.
